"E3 A PROGRAM TAILORED TO YOUR INTERESTS”
Students with the Evolve Innovation Center will engage in an experience that will transform their perspectives and prepare them for the limitless opportunities of an evolving world. Our E3 Pathways program is a self-sufficiency and career pathway planning initiative designed for eligible individuals in Mahoning County, Ohio.
Through this program participants will develop their own self-sufficiency and career planning model that involves 21st-century technologies that will enhance their career and personal pathway development through a hybrid learning model.
PROGRAM ROADMAP
The first week of the Evolve Innovation Center’s E3 Pathways Program introduces participants to the program, sets foundational expectations, and begins initial assessments to align participants' personalities and interests with potential career paths. This week is crucial for establishing a baseline for participant engagement and readiness.
- Intro to Artificial Intelligence (AI):
Introduce participants to AI technologies to enhance their understanding and practical skills in using these tools for career planning, job searching, and personal development.
- 3D Printing and Modeling: Educate participants on the core competencies of 3D printing and CAD and provide hands-on experience by designing and producing a product, thereby enhancing their technical skills and creativity.
- Affiliate Marketing: Participants equipped with the knowledge and skills to engage in affiliate marketing, using Evolve’s own program as a practical learning project, thereby aligning with real-world job readiness.
- Career Pathway Mapping: Create the first draft of the individual career pathway plan, leveraging completed assessments and technologies to tailor a pathway that aligns with their skills, interests, and career goals.
- Resume Development: Create compelling resumes identifying hidden or underutilized skills, and utilize AI tools for job searching and aligning their resumes with specific job opportunities.

Financial and Civic Literacy:
Equip participants with the financial tools and civic knowledge necessary to achieve and sustain economic self-sufficiency and informed citizenship, crucial for comprehensive job readiness.
