Evolve Innovation Center serves as a strategic partner to schools, districts, and workforce organizations, providing consultation and program design support aligned with state funding mechanisms such as IWIP, TechCred, High School Tech Internship, and CTE programs. Our work combines education, career development, and wellness support to strengthen families and build pathways to long term stability.
Additive Manufacturing Technician:
Our program, inspired by MIT's approach, emphasizes a hands-on, project-based pedagogy to engage and inspire students in the realm of 3D printing design. The curriculum aims to engage students from various backgrounds, bridge the gender and minority gaps in the field and empower students to pursue their interests and careers in STEM with confidence.
- Introduction to 3D Printing: Participants will gain an understanding of 3D printing technology, its applications, and its potential impact on the world
- Design Thinking: Participants will learn the fundamentals of design thinking, focusing on prototyping and design processes.
- 3D Modeling: Students will be introduced to 3D modeling software, where they will learn to create and modify three-dimensional digital models.
- Design Thinking: Students will explore key design concepts, such as proportion, balance, symmetry, and aesthetics, to create visually appealing and functional designs
- Problem Solving: Students will learn to become problem solvers and will work to find innovative solutions to real-world problems of their choice.
Education Consulting
Our consulting work focuses on helping educational institutions navigate state and regional funding systems while building programs that lead to industry-recognized credentials, paid work experiences, and long-term economic opportunity.
- Provide strategic guidance on the effective use of state funding programs such as Industry Workforce Incentive Program funding, TechCred, the High School Tech Internship Program, and Career Technical Education funding.
- Helps schools align instructional programming with labor market demand, employer partnerships, and reimbursement structures that maximize sustainability and return on investment.
